About Me
I became a travel agent focusing on Disney destinations and cruises because, like many clients, I once faced the overwhelming task of planning my family's first Disney vacation and cruise. The sheer number of choices made it difficult to know where to start, and I quickly realized how important it was to have someone knowledgeable guide the way. Since 2017, I’ve dedicated myself to helping families and couples cut through the overwhelm so they can make the most of their time and money while creating unforgettable memories.
I love knowing that the vacations I plan bring families together. As a mom of a college student, I understand just how precious time with loved ones is, and I’m passionate about helping others make the most of every moment they have. One of my most meaningful experiences was helping a military family of 11 maximize their vacation. My husband is a proud Army veteran, so this project was incredibly close to my heart.
While many travel agents specialize in Disney Destinations, Universal Orlando, and Caribbean cruises, my approach is unique. I believe in taking things slow and focusing on quality over quantity. Whether it’s enjoying a peaceful moment on a cruise ship deck while the kids splash in the pool or savoring the sights and sounds of Main Street at Walt Disney World, I encourage my clients to find joy in the simple, leisurely moments that often become the most cherished memories.
I’m a proud graduate of Disney’s College of Knowledge, with expertise in Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, Disneyland, and Aulani. I’ve also earned certifications with Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Princess Cruises, and Holland America and participated in several exclusive partner training at Walt Disney World.
When planning vacations, I don’t rely on forms or questionnaires. Instead, I have thoughtful, personalized conversations with you, my client, ensuring that each trip perfectly suits your unique needs and desires. Whether you’re planning a family adventure or a couples’ getaway, I’m here to guide you every step of the way, drawing on my experiences as both a mom and an empty nester.

Once again, Genevieve planned the perfect vacation for our family. She took care of every little detail of our trip to Disney. She booked us a perfect room at Animal Kingdom, secured our park tickets, ordered our magic bands, made our dining reservations that included a character dinner as well as an exquisite lunch at Be Our Guest where the Beast made an appearance, she mailed us a travel emergency kit prior to our departure that included Tylenol, hand wipes, bandaids, etc., she even managed to have an Ariel birthday cake delivered to our hotel for our 4 year old birthday girl. She was available via text throughout our stay and answered questions that popped up while we were there. I will always leave our travel planning in her capable hands. She goes above and beyond to ensure the best vacation possible.
